I used 3 strands of UKI Supreme Mercerized cotton size 5 thread in Fuchsia. It's a shoulder down pattern, similar to the Short n Sweet Shrug Schematic. It's really easy to do and measure. I did not sew anything except the ends. Maybe I should do a step-by-step on how to do that because goodness knows how much I hate handsewing.
I still need to crochet 3 rows of sc around it, but it looks great as it is!

The sleeves are tapered to fit, but when I made a black b0lero, I kinda like the bell-sleeved effect...makes me look thinner...LOL
